day seven

We had our first proper APPG lesson today. It was rather boring to be honest. As it was a summary of computer programming but in a more detailed manner. I was hoping it would be more interesting but turns out, it was boring. At first it was hard to grasp the concept of APPG as it was a new thing for me but slowly i learned and understood the concept. Most of it with the help of wen hao’s. The whole lesson which is from 9am to 12 pm and a continuation of 2pm to 5pm is rather tiring in a new environment like this but slowly im adapting to this place. Today marks a week from the day we arrived. Im very happy with the improvement i have made. I’m no longer as cold as before as the weather has been going warmer as the days go by and my stomach no longer experiences stomach aches due to the fact that i cant get used to the food here. Most of the foods I have eaten so far consist of instant noodles. My stomach absolutely cant tolerate china instant noodle. Luckily, i found a Singapore brand or perhaps it was a Japanese brand in a supermarket and bought a lot of it. Now my stomach is settled and happy. I should buy more fruits for more nutrition. That is all
